In recent years, Zhengzhou has established an open pattern featuring the coordinated development of the "Air, Land, Online and Maritime Silk Roads" through systematic planning and continuous innovation, and has become an important gateway for opening up in inland areas.
The Zhengzhou-Luxembourg "Air Silk Road", as a model of China-Europe cooperation, has been operating eight regular intercontinental routes, reaching over 200 cities in 24 countries. Currently, 35 all-cargo airlines are operating at Zhengzhou Airport, with 64 all-cargo routes opened, connecting 31 countries. The airport's international and regional cargo volume has ranked first in central China for eight consecutive years.
The China-Europe Railway Express (Zhengzhou) has operated nearly 16,000 trips, establishing an international logistics network with 26 direct overseas destinations and 9 entry-exit ports. The opening of the core functional area of Zhengzhou International Land Port - the China-Europe Railway Express (Zhengzhou) Aggregation Center - has further enhanced Zhengzhou's radiation capacity as a national logistics hub of the land port type.
