From 26 to 27 July 2025, Kaoyoung Group held its 2025 Mid-Year Summary Conference in the Laoshan Scenic Area of Qingdao. Representatives from various branches (subsidiaries), management from all levels of the Group's business centres, and outstanding employees attended the conference. While summarising past experiences and commending excellence, the conference also focused on the Group's fruitful achievements in its information technology strategy and its future vision, working together to chart a new course for development.
The meeting reviewed the Group's operating data for the first half of the year, conducted an in-depth analysis of the issues and challenges facing business development, and engaged in in-depth exchanges on topics such as the path to achieving annual targets, seizing market opportunities, and enhancing core capabilities. Consensus was reached, and the direction for development in the second half of the year was clarified.
In addition, the meeting comprehensively reviewed the achievements of the Group's information technology strategy and looked ahead to the future. With the gradual launch of various business modules of the independently developed business system, the data middle platform built by integrating data resources across the entire chain provides powerful data support for market insight, risk warning, customer service optimisation, and management decision-making. Through the empowerment of front-end services with digital tools, customers are provided with more transparent, convenient, and personalised logistics solutions and a comprehensive tracking experience.
During the meeting, special leadership training was organised to promote the scientific and systematic development of the talent system. Ms. Wang Aixiang, Chairwoman of the Group, emphasised that the core of Kaoyoung Culture is ‘benevolence and love,’ which is not only reflected in sincere service to customers but also runs through team collaboration and growth, continuously creating irreplaceable value for customers and the market.
