On 22 February,Kaoyoung Group's 2024 Summary Meeting and Year-end Dinner were held at MGM Qingdao Hotel, where all the colleagues of the Group's headquarter and the management of all the branches (subsidiaries) gathered to review the struggle of the past year and look forward to the grand blueprint of the future development.
The conference firstly reviewed the operation situation of the past year, and clarified the strategic coordinates for the new round of high-quality development through the in-depth deconstruction of the operation data and focusing on the practice of ‘new quality productivity’.
In the ‘New Quality Productivity’ seminar, the cross-departmental group started brainstorming on the proposition of how to implement the new quality productivity in the actual working scenarios. Colleagues in different positions inspired each other to conduct in-depth discussions from multiple perspectives, and outlined a ‘customer value-driven, efficiency revolution-led’ upgrade path in the rational review and forward-looking deduction. In the rational review and forward-looking projection, an upgrade path of ‘driven by customer value and led by efficiency revolution’ was outlined. The person in charge of the team responsible for the Group's digital transformation said that colleagues' innovative thinking of “asking data for answers and technology for kinetic energy” is not a concept on paper, but a formula for creating value for customers and reducing costs and increasing efficiency. We believe that with the efforts of all Goyang people, the service concept of ‘service creates value and customers are above everything’ will definitely become a famous brand name of Kaoyoungyan.
After the discussion, Ms Wang Aixiang, Chairman of the Board of Directors, fully affirmed the exploratory spirit of grasping the opportunity of the times in the AI era and actively exploring the application of all kinds of quality enhancement and efficiency tools into practice. In the face of rapidly changing market demand and industry trends, Goyang people have always been guided by the principle of ‘improving our own strength and creating value for our customers’, and accelerated the in-depth integration of technical capabilities and business scenarios without forgetting the original intention. In the future, through systematic optimisation of supply chain solutions, Koyo will improve service accuracy and response efficiency; through intelligent prediction, dynamic route optimisation and other tools, Koyo will create flexible and reliable integrated logistics solutions for customers in different industries, helping them to meet the challenges of complex supply chains and win new opportunities in the digital era.
The conference also awarded the annual outstanding individual and team awards, and honoured the veteran employees who have served the company for five, ten and twenty years.
In the evening, a dinner party with the theme of ‘Dreams of the World’ was held. Kaoyoung people took the stage to show their individual and team talents, reviewing their struggles and looking forward to a brand new journey in the midst of songs, dances and laughter. Interspersed with fun interactive games such as ‘Rooster Laying Eggs’ and ‘Trouble Counting’, the atmosphere of the dinner was pushed to a climax. At the end of the dinner, everyone sang the song ‘Unforgettable Tonight’ together on the stage, the melodious melody carries the sweat and harvest of the past year, and also holds the expectation and belief for the future, Kaoyoung people always take the professionalism as the sail and responsibility as the anchor, and will break the waves in a more energetic attitude, and continue to write a new chapter in the vast blue sea of the international supply chain.
