On September 26, 2020, Kaoyoung Logistics organized the 2020 new employee development activity at Yangkou Development Training Base. The purpose of this activity is to improve the teamwork ability of new employees, enhance their feelings, and increase team cohesion and centripetal force.

 


Team building: All the staff are divided into two groups, Sparta (Yellow Team) VS King's Dream Team (Orange Team). Each team elects its own captain and flag bearer, and determines the team name, slogan and flag

 


Trust back fall: Trust back fall requires standing on the back fall platform with your back to everyone, and other members of the group use their hands behind them to protect and catch the fallen partner. Trust back-fall activities cultivate mutual trust within the team, enhance the courage of colleagues to challenge themselves, further develop the team spirit, and enable everyone to understand the significance of reasonably breaking through instinct through challenges. At the same time, they realize the value of system formulation and guarantee for completing tasks and cultivate colleagues' sense of empathy.

 


High-altitude broken bridge: High-altitude broken bridge is a single-plank bridge set up at an altitude of 15 meters from the ground. All members are required to climb to an altitude of 15 meters before coming back to complete two spans. Through the experience of broken bridges in the air, the survival ability and adaptability that colleagues should have when facing challenges are enhanced. Colleagues also overcome psychological barriers, break through the psychological comfort zone and enhance self-confidence.

Tramways: Tramways require team members to step on wooden boards with two feet, carry two ropes connected with wooden boards, unify passwords, keep pace, and finish the journey in the designated direction. Through the experience of tram project, colleagues deeply realized the importance of team members' systematic thinking, overall decision-making, close cooperation and rational division of labor.

 


Rapid 60 seconds: The rule of rapid 60 seconds is that there are 30 cards in the coil, which represent Arabic numerals from 1 to 30, and each team should arrange the cards in the order from 1 to 30. Through the rapid experience of 60 seconds, colleagues realized that the division of labor between team leaders and teams is very important. In the face of tasks, everyone should establish a sense of rules and innovation, and adopt appropriate strategies and tactics to better achieve their goals.


Team Challenge: The team members are required to cooperate to complete the tasks of team drums, forests and passion beats within the specified 90 seconds. This outreach activity came to a close in the fierce team challenge activity. In order to successfully complete each project, every team member who participated in the activity took every activity seriously with 100% enthusiasm, and helped and encouraged each other.


Although this activity is over, the impact on everyone will be deeply imprinted in everyone's heart. This outward bound training is a profound baptism for every employee, which urges everyone to go all out to do all kinds of work well. It is not only an outdoor sport, but also a cultural embodiment and a spiritual transmission.
